What a great week we are having in 2E!

We have been learning to use 'and' and 'but' in our sentences in English. We are writing a diary about our day trips out with Paddington. In maths the children have been working very hard on using the bar model method for division. In science the children wrote instructions on how to plant a sunflower seed. The children have enjoyed checking their sunflowers daily. Some are growing faster than others. 

We have focused on handwriting joins from the letter 'k' and trying our best to use the lower case letter in our writing. 

In our reading comprehension lesson we focused on sequencing the events in the text and discussed how to answer 'why' and' what' questions.
